An elegant steakhouse of fine dining makes for one of the most memorable and best restaurant experiences available in Manchester, NH.

Nestled in the heart of Manchester you'll find inspired cuisine in an exquisite salon-like setting framed by vivid murals of four Manchester landmarks set in the mid-1930s. Brooklyn-based artist Wynne Evans created these murals especially for the Chophouse.

We are committed to providing our guests with food that will be creative, yet reminiscent of a classic old world steakhouse, services that will be impeccable, yet discreet, ambience that will be elegant yet relaxed, and an overall dining experience that will be extraordinary and most memorable!

Owner

Noted businessman, successful restaurateur. Chuck is no stranger to the Manchester scene. He’s brought a finer touch of dining to the southern New Hampshire area with his restaurants C.R. Sparks and of course, the Hanover Street Chophouse.

Stuart Cameron
Executive Chef

For the past 14 years Stuart has been preparing fine cuisine in restaurants across the country. This graduate of Cornell University combines classic French techniques with traditional American influences, creating unparalleled signature dishes that are sure to capture your senses.

Tony Chapman
General Manager

Friendly, personable and professional, the GM of the Chophouse hails from upstate New York. Tony is a graduate of SUNY with a degree in Business Administration. Over the past 16 years he has worked in restaurants throughout Western New York, Boston and New Hampshire. In 2008 Tony landed with the Chophouse and has been here delighting patrons ever since.

Steven Clutter
Wine Director

Steven, a chef by trade is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America ’87, and has been working with the Premier Companies for 11 years. Formerly the Executive Chef of both C.R. Sparks and the Chophouse, he now manages a diverse wine list that focuses on California wines and a strong collection of Old and New World vintages including several hand selected from Bordeaux.
